Delivery Policy Overview

This Delivery Policy explains how Systems+ delivers consulting services, custom setup work, digital files, account access, service packages, and completed project materials.

Systems+ services are delivered digitally unless a specific service clearly states otherwise. Delivery may include completed website pages, app files, chatbot setup, dashboard access, logo files, written recommendations, account configuration, consultation notes, or other digital deliverables.

No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated in a specific service listing or written agreement.

Digital Service Delivery

Systems+ may deliver completed work through email, download links, website access, shared files, customer accounts, platform dashboards, app files, published web pages, chatbot integrations, or another digital delivery method agreed during the project.

Delivery times depend on the service type, project scope, customer response time, content readiness, platform access, third-party approval processes, and any revisions requested during the project.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their email, spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders for project updates and delivery messages.

Service Timelines

Estimated timelines may be listed on service pages, checkout pages, project notes, or written communication. These timelines are estimates and may change depending on project complexity, missing content, platform delays, account access issues, customer response time, or requested changes.

Simple services may be completed quickly when all required information is provided. Larger custom setups, integrations, app publishing, chatbot training, website revisions, or multi-part projects may require additional time.

Systems+ will make reasonable efforts to complete services in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by third-party platforms, customer delays, or changes outside the original project scope.

Customer Information & Access

Some Systems+ services require customers to provide content, images, logos, website links, platform access, account details, business information, Google Play developer access, chatbot content, social media account information, or other materials needed to complete the project.

Delays in providing required information may delay delivery. Systems+ is not responsible for missed timelines caused by incomplete details, incorrect login information, unavailable accounts, delayed approvals, missing files, or changes requested after work has started.

Customers are responsible for making sure the information they provide is accurate and that they have permission to use any content, images, logos, or materials submitted for the project.

No Physical Shipping

Systems+ focuses on digital services, consulting, setup, and electronic deliverables. Unless clearly stated otherwise, no physical item, printed material, disc, USB drive, package, or shipped product will be sent.

Any reference to delivery on this website should be understood as digital delivery, service completion, account access, file transfer, published page access, or completed setup work.

Because delivery is digital, standard physical shipping carriers, tracking numbers, postal delivery windows, and shipping fees do not apply to most Systems+ services.

Delivery Issues

If you believe a delivery message, file, access link, app file, dashboard login, or completed project item is missing, please contact Systems+ support with your name, order details, service name, and a clear description of the issue.
